I have decided to set myself a task for the fast approaching summer break from university. Although between now and the end of May my time will be filled with coursework, I've decided that I need to ensure I inject myself with literary inspiration during the break and don't end up gorging on trashy TV and celeb magazines!
During this first year of University I have been recommended so many great books that I just havent had time to read so I intend to follow the list below and write reviews which I will then post here. I aim to post a review once a fortnight which should give me time to write other things as well.

* 'Jane Eyre' by Charlotte Bronte, 1847

* I plan to read as much as possible my Margaret Attwood!
It's going to be a busy summer! I'm also a bit of a delinquent when it comes to returning library books on time, so I think its also going to be an expensive summer with the amount of fines I'll be paying!
If anyone has any further recommendations for me then please share them :)

That's a great idea. I've brought 'War and Peace' to read over the holidays. Plus I've got countless poetry collections to get through as well. I look forward to reading he reviews :)
Let me know how you get on with that! It's not something I shall be attempting for a while!
